Caring for Your Interchangeable Mouse Ears

Our ears are quite sturdy but should be handled with care. To keep them looking their best:

  • Packing & Storage: When traveling, place your ears in a protective pouch or wrap them in clothing inside your suitcase. Avoid crushing them under heavier items.

  • Heat Sensitivity: Do not leave ears in a hot car, especially during Florida summers. Extreme heat can cause 3D printed material to warp.

  • Water Exposure: Ears should not be submerged in water. Light rain is usually fine, but always allow them to air dry afterward.

  • Safe Handling: Always hold onto the ear bracket when changing out designs. Avoid pulling directly on the ears or bow. Best way to remove ears is to push down and backwards when removing ears from the headband. 

Swapping Ears on Your Headband

Our interchangeable ear system makes it easy to switch up your style in seconds. Here’s how to change them out safely:

  1. Hold onto the ear bracket with one hand.

  2. Push down and gently pull the ear back from the bracket until it releases.

  3. Align your new ears with the bracket.

  4. Push firmly until you hear a clicking sound—this lets you know they’re secure.

  5. Style with your favorite bow and you’re ready to go!

Tip: If the ears feel loose, double-check that they’re clicked into place before wearing them in the parks.

Caring for 3D Printed Home Décor

Our home décor items are designed to be durable but do best with a little TLC:

  • Dust gently with a soft cloth or microfiber duster.

  • Avoid direct sunlight for long periods to prevent fading or warping

  • Do not submerge in water or place in a dishwasher. Instead, wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth.

  • When storing seasonal décor, wrap pieces in tissue paper or bubble wrap to prevent scratches.

  • All home decor items are design to be indoor only and should not be displayed near open flames or fireplaces. 

Caring for Your Medal Displays

We know how important your runDisney medals and other race accomplishments are, so our organizers are built to showcase your achievements proudly. To keep them in top shape:

  • Mount medal displays securely using the recommended hardware to support the weight of multiple medals. Medal Organizers in the listing photos are hung with #6 fine thread screws.

  • Dust with a soft cloth or duster—do not use harsh chemicals.

  • If moving or traveling with your display, remove medals first to avoid scratching or bending.

Quick Do’s and Don’ts

✅ Do:

  • Store ears and décor in cool, dry places.

  • Gently swap interchangeable pieces using the ear bracket.

  • Showcase your medals proudly, but mount securely.

❌ Don’t:

  • Leave products in extreme heat (cars, direct sun).

  • Submerge ears, bows, or décor in water.

  • Overload medal displays beyond recommended capacity.
