Shipping Policy

Current shipping times are 3-5 business days for orders to be packed and dropped off with the carrier. Carrier shipping time are dependent on what shipping times are selected at checkout. Total lead time is 3-5 business days + estimated delivery date calculated at checkout. Riverbend Design is not responsible for delays with the shipping carrier. 

We send all items with a tracking number to reduce the number of lost packages. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as an estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for delays in shipping carriers. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight. Orders over $30 ship free!

For international customers or those in a time crunch we also offer shipping directly to the US Disney Parks. In the checkout page, input the address of your resort in the ship to address section.
